I can honestly say this has been the best recruitment experience I’ve had in 15 years of working with recruiters and headhunters. I was really happy with the candidates, the speed, the care and the attention, the whole experience. The discovery phase around building the role was great and the candidate pack they created…wow. I didn’t think the job description could be made to matter so much.
It was refreshing to be working with a recruitment team that I could freely ask questions I wouldn’t necessarily feel comfortable asking an employee. It’s like having your own consigliere!
