Hello, I’m Jamie, Co-Founder of Talenty.
I’m also a dad, a sports lover, a food fanatic and a travel junkie – often simultaneously!
Pete and I worked closely with founding teams through to enterprise-level organisations. The remit of work varied, and no journey was ever the same.
However, we soon noticed a demand for flexible talent solutions that could support developing companies day-to-day, as well as during periods of significant change.
We finally put our heads together and created Talenty: a partnership to aid a company’s growth goals with minimal stress.
Hello, I’m Pete, the other Co-Founder of Talenty.
After years of working in a variety of roles across recruitment, I finally took the plunge to start Talenty with Jamie.
I’m currently enjoying the flexibility of remote working, travelling and working my way around Europe. Outside of work, I’m an erratic poker player, improving skier, voracious reader and whisky connoisseur.
Nothing gives me more satisfaction than helping the right people join the right companies.
Hi, I’m Nicole and I manage the full recruitment lifecycle from role design to onboarding for our clients.
I’m like the mitochondria – the powerhouse of the cell. When I’m not working, I’m running around after my daughter and Frenchie, Frank (my dog). I enjoy travelling and being outdoors, which fits well with my fascination for mycelium and wild mushrooms!
My experience in recruiting has been across temporary and permanent positions, for entry-level to advanced professionals, across a broad range of sectors.
I joined Talenty because they offer something new (and needed). I liked that Talenty is supporting smaller businesses earlier in their growth journeys, to make scaling up easier for them in the future.
Hi, I’m Anisa and I manage the recruitment process and delivery for our clients.
I love to travel (don’t we all!), am a massive foodie (I love a bottomless brunch) and enjoy some me-time if I don’t get lazy to go to the gym!
Before joining Talenty, my experience came from contingency recruitment, working directly with hiring managers on entry to senior-level roles, that’s where I realised that I really enjoyed securing the right people for the right roles!
I joined Talenty because I like how they provide a diverse service for businesses that require assistance within the recruitment and employer branding divisions. We aim to help startups who are struggling in these aspects, providing them with an abundance of knowledge and experience from a recruitment perspective to guide them through it.

Hello! My name is Joe and I work with a range of clients here at Talenty.
I recently graduated from Economics at UWE Bristol and I’ve had experience working across a range of sectors not just recruitment but also banking, construction, employability, retail and more.
Outside of work, I love spending time with my family and friends as well as my 1-year-old springer spaniel who seems to always have the energy to keep me busy and on my toes!
I joined Talenty as I was extremely impressed by the business model and culture, by leading clients through a journey of success and support instead of only viewing them as potential billings which is common in traditional forms of recruitment.

Creating your EVP is about more than just a good benefits package and that’s why we have partnered with Jenefer. She is the owner of SilkHelix, the specialist Human Resources consultancy firm. Her work has mainly focused on providing startups with the foundations needed to ensure they are legally compliant and their policies and contracts are fit for purpose. Jenefer supports Talenty in all HR matters, from employee contracts and policies through to the creation of employee handbooks.
